Receipt Verification

Please scan or photograph a recent EFTPOS terminal receipt (not a POS receipt) from your store and upload it with this completed form.

If you do not have a recent EFTPOS receipt, you can usually obtain one by performing a login directly on the EFTPOS terminal, which will print a receipt.

We require a receipt so we can verify that your Terminal IDs have been entered correctly and can be configured for gift card processing.
